| 质量标准: | 【产品介绍】Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell  adhesion molecule (CEACAM) proteins, members of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily, are involved in cell-cell recognition and modulate cellular processes that range from the shaping of tissue architecture and neovascularization to the regulation of insulin homeostasis and T-cell proliferation (1). CEACAM1 is a type I membrane glycoprotein that plays a role in intercellular adhesion to inhibit tumor development as a bacterial adhesin (2). Moreover, CEACAM1 is an active regulator of cell signaling by modulating the insulin or EGF receptor pathways in epithelial cells or the Zap-70 pathway in hematopoietic cells (2). It is known to be a tumor suppressor, since CEACAM1 is down-regulated in most epithelial cell cancers and T-cell leukemias (3).
