【产品介绍】ING1 is a tumor suppressor protein that
can induce cell growth arrest and apoptosis. It is a
nuclear protein that physically interacts with the
tumor suppressor protein TP53 and is a component of the
p53 signaling pathway. Reduced expression of ING1 has
been detected in various cancers (1).

Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized NIH/3T3
cells using anti-ING1 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5318-1) or
a rabbit IgG (negative) (green).

Specificity
A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human
ING1 was used as an immunogen.
